Ebor Studio is completely dedicated to creative making and is a space for artists and designers to think, research and show their work.
The studio was originally built as 'Ebor Mill' in around 1870 as a small Victorian premises and now with a rich industrial history. It is located as the Pennines edge at the North West fringe of the Manchester conurbation.
The mill is a four story building with well equipped workshop facilities and spacious accommodation.
It offers project opportunities and teaching resources catering for all levels of experience - regular classes and specialist courses.
The studio offers opportunity for artists requiring professional and technical support.
Ebor Studio Group consists of 14 professional artists and designers who make up the creative community at the studio. We are a varied and lively group of practitioners ranging from painters, sculptors, sound artists, dress designers, furniture makers, video artists, ceramicists, glass makers and photographers.
All of us have our own studio spaces at Ebor and we also contribute to the dynamic, shared activity of the studio.
